NOIDA: Less than 40,000 Noida residents receive regular water bills. The rest — some of whom do not have a regular water connection or do not receive bills — pay an aggregate estimate. The loser is the state exchequer. "In the absence of bills, the residents do not know how much they owe to the Authority," said N P Singh, president of Federation of Noida Residents' Welfare Associations (FONRWA).

New Delhi: Realty firm Bhasin Group on Tuesday said it will invest Rs 150 crore on construction of a 33-storey commercial tower in Noida in mere 99 days, a sort of record for the national capital region.
